Madison Capital Group Announces the Appointment of Roberto J. Perea as Managing Director, Capital Markets
Miami, FL — February 3, 2026 — Madison Capital Group, a Miami-based commercial real estate capital advisory and investment firm, announced today that Roberto J. Perea has joined the firm as Managing Director, Capital Markets.
Perea brings more than 23 years of experience in arranging debt and equity financing to his role. He previously served clients across institutional banking and boutique private-bank platforms like Wells Fargo & BankUnited and Gibraltar Private Bank & City National Bank of Florida. Most recently, Perea operated his own boutique capital advisory firm, 710 Capital.
His work at Madison Capital will include advising domestic and international developers, owners and investors on financing strategy, capital structuring, and real estate portfolio growth. Perea will expand the firm’s capital markets capabilities with a focus on senior and subordinate debt, joint-venture and preferred equity, and other strategic capital raises.
