Madison Capital Group Provides Equity to TerraMap in Acquisition of Orlando-Based Seminole Commerce Center

Miami, FL |  August 28, 2025:  Madison Capital Group, a Miami-based real estate capital advisory and investment firm, announced today that it provided the majority of capital for TerraMap Properties’ acquisition of Seminole Commerce Center, a small-bay industrial property located in Casselberry, Florida, in the Orlando MSA. Madison provided the equity as LP and Co-GP.

The Orlando MSA remains one of the fastest-growing U.S. metros, supported by steady in-migration and a diversified economy. Small-bay industrial product is structurally undersupplied, with availability in several submarkets below 3%. Within Seminole County, industrial vacancy is approximately 6.2% versus roughly 7.9% across the broader Orlando market, underpinned by demand from service, contractor, automotive, and light distribution users.

Seminole Commerce Center is a 30,450-square-foot a 20-bay small-bay industrial property, located at 1495–1511 Seminola Blvd, that offers a functional multi-tenant layout with average bay sizes of approximately 1,523 square feet, grade-level roll-up doors, concrete construction, and CS (Convenience Commercial) zoning. The infill site provides direct access to SR-434 and SR-436, connecting to Orlando’s employment and logistics corridors.
